Linda's Pie Crust

Makes 2 double pie crusts (2 full pies)

3 c. white flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 c butter (2 1/2 sticks)
1 egg
4 TBsp milk
1 1/2 TBsp white vinegar

Cut butter into flour and salt. Beat egg in measuring cup and add milk and vinegar. Add to flour mixture and knead until blended. Roll out, lift into pie shell with rolling pin and trim edges with knife. It is good to keep dough cold for flakier crust. So roll out and put in fridge until your filling is ready to pour into it.
