Italian Dressing Baked Chicken

OK, this one is really simple, but really tasty. My preferred Italian dressing is the "make it yourself" type packet from Good Seasons. I tried to use commercially-bottled italian dressing, but found it to be much too strong without dilution.
Bake the chicken at 350 for around an hour with Italian dressing. If you take off the skin first, bake with a lid (casserole dish would work) or chicken may dry out too much.
